Second Life works for Showtime

According to the Second Life Reuters presence Showtime has a hit inside Second Life. And me not being much of a Second Lifer I have normally found the place to be a ghost town which isn’t a bad thing. But apparently it works for some corporate presences. Unlike so many corporate presences in Second Life, [...]

Bebo has finally opened up it’s social networking platform for developers to create applications similar to Facebook Applications, I wonder if they will have a similar or better level of success as folks have had on Facebook. Profy: The Social Blogging Platform

Profy, a blogging application developed in Russia just launched an Alpha version of its hosted product which I could see becoming very popular in business and enterprise circles. This works the same way the moon changes our world by creating tides, influencing the earth’s rate of spin, and so on. The earth would be devoid of life without the moon, [...]

WordPress’ New Dashboard Preview

I personally haven’t liked the WordPress Dashboard for a long long long time. Hopefully with WordPress 2.5 upgrade we will see some striking differences that I can see myself liking. Hopefully this roles out smoothly and is an effective alternative to what I find cluttered and sluggish on the backend.

The Facebook Desktop Mini Client

I recently stumbled on to The Facebook Desktop Client, it looks really handy as I don’t really like to head over to facebook and check very minute what’s going on inside my facebook account. This client does all that for me so I can focus being obsessive compulsive somewhere else. Like on work, or this [...]
